Who is responsible
The site cozziinteractive.com is operated by Rony Cozzi, an independent web designer and developer based in Córdoba, Argentina, who acts as the data controller for the processing described here. There is no company behind the site; the studio name "Cozzi Interactive" is how this professional activity presents itself.
What is collected, and when
Contact form. When you send a project inquiry, you provide your name, email address, company or project name, an optional website address, the type of project and your message, plus the language you were reading the site in. This is the only personal data the site asks you for.
Request handling. To process a submission, the server sees the technical data of the request: your IP address (used for a few minutes, only to limit abusive repeated submissions, and never stored), the date and time, and an internal reference code generated for that submission. The server logs record the reference, the outcome and timings; they never contain your name, email or message.
Browsing. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand which pages are visited and how fast they load. These measurements are aggregated, do not set cookies and do not build a profile of you. The site only reports the page path and a small set of generic interaction events (for example, that a call-to-action was clicked); it never sends what you typed.
Your browser. While the form is being sent, the site keeps a timestamp in your browser's session storage so that, if the page is reloaded mid-send, it can warn you before you accidentally submit twice. It also keeps your unsent draft in memory so a language switch does not empty the form. Neither leaves your device, neither is a cookie, and both disappear when you close the tab.
The site sets no cookies of its own and shows no advertising.
Why, and on what basis
- To read your inquiry, evaluate the project and reply to you. Basis: the steps you ask for before a possible engagement, and your consent, which you give by sending the form.
- To keep the form usable and protect it from abuse (rate limiting, validation, spam detection). Basis: the legitimate interest in running a working, secure website.
- To understand how the site performs, in aggregate. Basis: the legitimate interest in maintaining it; no individual is identified.
Sending an inquiry is voluntary. Without the fields marked as required the message cannot be delivered, but you can always write directly to the email address at the end of this page instead.
Who processes it
The site has no database. Your inquiry is handled by three service providers acting on the owner's behalf, under their own data-processing terms:
- Vercel Inc. (United States) hosts the site, runs the function that validates your submission, and provides the aggregated analytics described above.
- Resend Inc. (United States) delivers the inquiry as an email notification to the studio's mailbox and keeps delivery logs for that message according to its retention policy.
- Google LLC (United States) provides the Gmail mailbox where inquiries arrive and are answered from.
Because these providers operate from the United States, your data is transferred outside Argentina and, if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, outside those territories. The providers commit to appropriate safeguards for such transfers in their terms. No data is sold, rented or shared with anyone else, and no automated decisions are made about you.
How long it is kept
Inquiries stay in the studio's mailbox for as long as needed to evaluate the project and keep the conversation, and as long as any resulting engagement requires. If nothing comes of an inquiry, it is deleted when it is no longer relevant, and in any case on request. Technical logs without personal data are kept for the short periods the hosting provider applies. Aggregated analytics contain no personal data.
Your rights
You can ask, free of charge, to access the personal data held about you, to correct or update it, to have it deleted, to object to its processing, or to withdraw the consent you gave by sending the form. Requests are answered within the periods established by the applicable law, and in any event as quickly as possible.
Under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act 25.326, the right of access can be exercised free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest justifies otherwise. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory body of that law, has the power to handle complaints and claims about breaches of personal data protection rules.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights to restriction and portability, and you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS with strict transport security and content security headers. Submissions are validated on the server and limited in size and frequency. The form does not retry automatically: if delivery is unconfirmed, it asks you to check before preparing another attempt. These safeguards do not guarantee that separate attempts cannot produce duplicates. The site does not store inquiries itself, which is the simplest way to reduce what could be exposed. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not include sensitive information (financial data, health data, credentials) in a message.
Minors, links and demos
The site is aimed at businesses and professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18; no data is knowingly collected from minors.
The demonstration projects linked from the site are independent concepts built by the owner; they are separate websites with their own behaviour, and any form they contain is a demonstration, not a channel to this studio. Links to third-party sites (LinkedIn, GitHub, the demos) lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Changes
This policy is updated when the way the site works changes. The date at the top says when it was last revised; material changes will be visible on this page.
Contact and requests
Questions about this policy and requests to access, correct or delete your data are handled by the site owner at the address below. Please write from the same address you used in the inquiry, or explain how we can verify it is you.
