The challenge
How do you make someone who hasn’t reached New York yet feel they’re already planning the trip with Arcol?
Where it started
Arcol has welcomed travelers to New York since 1978, offering tours, excursions, transfers and accommodation assistance. The new website needed to bring these services together and guide both people with a settled itinerary and those who still need help planning.
The idea
We kept Arcol’s red-and-white identity and built a Spanish and English experience with aerial video, real mapping and tours visitors can explore before making an inquiry. The form adapts destinations, dates, flights and accommodation to each traveler’s answers, with a review before submission. Arcol prepares the quote and personally confirms each service: the website does not take payments or automatically confirm bookings.
How we solved it
Decisions you can see.
Every design choice answers a need of the business and of the people using it.
Inspire first, ask later
The website opens with the city: aerial video, tours with photography and a real map. The form appears once travelers know what they want to do.
A form that listens
The request moves step by step and adapts to every answer: destination autocomplete, flights and accommodation only when needed, and a summary before sending.
A familiar brand, raised a level
We kept the red and white that has identified Arcol since 1978 and brought it into a current interface, in Spanish and English.
People behind every trip
The website never charges or confirms on its own. Every inquiry reaches Arcol’s team, who prepare the quote and confirm each service personally.

What we did
The full scope.
- Content architecture and responsive UX/UI design
- Spanish and English website
- Tour catalog, galleries and interactive map
- Multi-step travel requests and general inquiries
- Destination autocomplete and conditional fields
- Email integration, validation and spam protection
- Deployment, domain and technical configuration
The outcome
Arcol now has a website that shows the city, organizes its whole offer and receives requests with the information needed to prepare a quote.
